BayRight collects account details, contact information, transaction metadata, and device signals needed to operate wallet services, prevent fraud, and deliver support. Data is processed in line with Nigerian privacy expectations and partner obligations such as Squad, utility providers, Supabase, and Firebase.

You may request exports or deletion where regulations allow. Security controls include encrypted transport, role-based access for internal staff, and segregated admin tooling.

Promotional email and push preferences can be managed in your BayRight profile under Notifications. Transactional messages (receipts, security codes, and account alerts) may still be sent when required for your account.
