By creating a BayRight wallet you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and use the product only for lawful bill payments inside Nigeria.

BayRight may pause accounts that show abuse signals, chargeback risk, or unusual automation. Wallet balances remain yours subject to successful KYC and compliance reviews when requested.

Third-party providers (for example electricity discos or telcos) may delay confirmations; BayRight will surface their statuses as soon as APIs respond.
