Refund Policy

Refunds and failed payments.

Failed bills. If a bill payment cannot be fulfilled after wallet debit, BayRight automatically attempts a reversal to your wallet and notifies you with the provider reason code when available.

Wallet refunds. Successful wallet credits from Squad funding can be withdrawn according to partner settlement timelines. Internal wallet-to-wallet movements follow the same ledger rules as bill payments.

Pending provider confirmation. Some utilities remain in a pending state while discos or telcos finalize tokens. You will see timestamps inside Transactions and can open a support ticket if a pending state exceeds published SLAs.

Duplicate payment review. If you believe a double charge occurred, send the two transaction references to support. We reconcile against provider journals before issuing manual adjustments.

Support ticket process. Email contact@bayright.com with your user ID, transaction reference, and a short description. BayRight acknowledges within one business day and aims to resolve wallet-impacting issues within five business days unless a third party delays evidence.
