  • Is BayRight free to use?

    Opening and holding a BayRight wallet is free. Some bill categories may include small service or provider fees — you always see the full amount before you confirm payment.

  • Are fees shown before payment?

    Yes. The confirmation screen shows the bill amount, any applicable fees, and the total debit from your wallet before you pay.

  • Where can I find receipts?

    Every payment appears in Transactions inside the app with a reference you can copy, share, or attach to a support ticket.

  • What happens if a bill payment is pending?

    Processing means we are confirming delivery with the provider. Do not pay again. Status updates automatically; contact support if it stays pending longer than expected.

  • Can I save beneficiaries?

    Yes. Save frequent phone numbers, meters, and smartcards during checkout to pay faster next time.

  • How does the referral reward work?

    When someone signs up with your referral link and completes a qualifying first bill payment, rewards credit per current program rules in the app. Details may change — check Rewards for live terms.

  • How do I contact support?

    Email contact@bayright.com, use WhatsApp from Contact or Help, or open a ticket from Support when signed in.

  • Is my identity data stored?

    We verify identity through regulated partners when required. We do not store raw BVN or NIN in BayRight systems — partners handle verification per their licenses.

  • Why does my payment show "Processing"?

    We're confirming the outcome with the service provider. You do not need to pay again. Your receipt updates automatically, usually within minutes; some networks take longer.

  • How do support tickets work?

    From Support you can open a ticket and link a transaction so we see your reference. You get in-app notifications when we reply.

  • What is my BayRight PIN for?

    Your 6-digit PIN adds a quick lock inside the app after email sign-in. Reset it from Settings → Security if needed.
